Shipping Policy

1.Shipping Fees

Orders exceeding $75 (after discounts, excluding tax) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $75 are subject to an additional shipping fee.
Please note that orders shipped to certain remote locations may incur extra charges; details regarding these fees will be displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

For orders within the US that include CubeFIX, we will arrange shipment from our US warehouse the next day. (if you purchase multiple items, we may ship them in multiple packages, which may arrive at different times; you will receive a tracking number for each package via email.)

Orders will be processed within 1–5 business days following payment confirmation and verification.
Order processing and dispatch take place Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Order processing time does not include the time required for shipping and transit.

Please note: If you do not provide accurate shipping information, we will contact you via email to confirm your receipt. Therefore, please provide your frequently used email address so that we can confirm with you in a timely manner. Otherwise, it may cause us to delay processing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We operate globally, and the estimated shipping time for your order is 5–12 business days.

Important Notes:
Delivery times are estimates only; actual delivery may vary based on the destination, customs clearance processes, local weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, and carrier operations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted/protected areas.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided in the email.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping services to the following countries and regions:
North America: United States (Shipping is currently unavailable for: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military installations/bases in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific.)
Canada

Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Poland, Italy, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Switzerland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Norway, Ireland

Asia & Oceania: Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, New Zealand, Australia

Middle East: United Arab Emirates

If you receive a notification at checkout stating that your address is ineligible for delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery.

If tracking information indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with other household members
  • Check with neighbors or the building's front desk/reception
  • Check all possible delivery locations around your address

For orders marked as delivered but reported missing, customers may be required to complete a "Non-Receipt Declaration" to assist with further investigation.
